1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them in this section unless context requires otherwise:

4 Age Verification and Legal Compliance

mn111 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable proof includes a valid Bangladesh national identification card, passport, or driver's license clearly showing your date of birth. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age within 14 days of request, your Account will be suspended and any withdrawals blocked pending verification.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposits

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are discretionary and mn111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

All Bets placed on mn111 are subject to these general betting rules in addition to sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Once a Bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious error as determined by mn111 in its sole discretion.
• mn111 reserves the right to void Bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or circumstances beyond our control.
• For cricket betting, all Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant cricket authority (ICC, BPL, IPL, etc.). Bets are void if a match is abandoned before the minimum overs threshold is reached, unless otherwise stated in market-specific rules.
• Live casino Bets are settled based on the dealer's actions and the game outcome as broadcast in the live video stream. If there is a discrepancy between the video feed and system results, the video feed is considered the authoritative source.
• Slot game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently certified for fairness. Displayed results are final and binding.

8 Prohibited Activities and Fair Play

To maintain the integrity of the Platform and protect all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and Balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one Account per person, household, or IP address.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live casino games, or sports betting.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between mn111 and other operators to guarantee profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Manipulating bonus terms, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine play.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place Bets or play Games.
• Exploiting Errors: Intentionally taking advantage of technical glitches, incorrect odds, or system malfunctions.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for purposes other than legitimate entertainment, including but not limited to depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without genuine play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after deposits have been credited and used for gambling.
• Fraudulent Documentation: Providing forged, altered, or third-party identity documents during verification.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, other players, or engaging in discriminatory or threatening communication.

mn111 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Accounts closed, all Balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

mn111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions or if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are engaging in prohibited activities.

Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, pending Bets will be voided, and your Balance may be forfeited if the termination is related to fraud, money laundering, or other serious misconduct.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you will be permitted to withdraw any remaining Balance subject to completion of wagering requirements and identity verification. Voluntary closures do not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure.
